Q. As a owner, how much advance notice do I need to book the jet?
A. The earlier the better but there is no time limit. For flight planning purposes it is best to give not less than 3 hours notice. However in the case of an emergency, the advance booking time can be cut to 1 hour. All are encouraged to book early, especially for peak times, as confirmation is on a first come first serve basis.

Q. Is there an air stewardess on board?
A. Generally flights operate without a cabin crew as there is no requirement for this and to allow privacy. However should you wish to have a cabin attendant on your flight, one can be arranged at a nominal fee and subject to a spare seat available on board. This can be requested at the time of booking.

Q. Will there be a meal service?
A. The aircraft has provision for both hot and cold drinks. Box meals will be catered and passengers will be able to help themselves to this during the flight. However upgraded meals can be provided at additional cost.

Q. How much do I have to pay to hire the jet after I have used up my 70 hours for the year?
A. The cost is US$1,700 per hour all inclusive of parking, crew, waiting, fuel etc.

Q. Can I carry forward unutilized hours to the following year?
A. No, unutilized hours will be forfeited.

Q. How many people can I take with me on the flight?
A. The aircraft carries a total of 7 passengers.

Q. What is my baggage allowance?
A. There is no fixed allowance. If there are 7 passengers on board the allowance is the same as airlines. 20kg. Much more when there are less passengers on board.

Q. Can I fly to very small airports?
A. This aircraft is built to operate into airports which big jets cannot operate into. For example, its only requires a 1000 meter runway, a quarter of the length of Changi Airport.

Q. Can I fly to a destinations more than 4 hours from Singapore?
A. Yes. For all destinations in excess of the range of the aircraft, jet will make an en route refueling stop.

Q. Will there be any additional charge if the plane waits for me at the destination to take me back?
A. There is no charge if the plane waits for you for 2 or less days. However if the jet is booked during that time, it will return at the appointed time and airport to pick you up.

Q. Am I allowed to change my departure times if I am delayed at meetings or wish to extend my stay?
A. Yes. A few hours delay either way is quite acceptable unless there is a booking for the jet by another party.

Q. Can I gamble and smoke on board?
The only thing we will request is that there be no smoking on board. However the final decision on whether to gamble or not rests with the passengers themselves.

Q. What happens if I book and than cancel the plane at the last minute?
A. This will happen from time to time and is understandable when it's beyond anyone's control. However frequent bookings and cancellations deprive other owners of the use of the jet and a penalty scheme may be put in place if this happens often.

Q. How and when can I book the jet?
A. There is a 24 hour booking service with the crew on standby at all times. Bookings can be made by phone or email and via the website.

Q. Is there a toilet on board?
A. Yes.

Q. Is Insurance included?
A. Yes the aircraft is insured for the full market value of the plane. There is also 3rd party insurance and passenger insurance.
